COURT UPDATES! Young vs City of Bridgeport

According to sources the Conn. Post was allegedly threatened by a City Attorney not to print anything pertaining to a lawsuit I have against the City of Bridgeport because the Assoc. City Attorney Russell D. Liskov  unjustly terminated all sheriff work I was receiving because I would not drop ALL my complaints against the City, including a public issue complaint.  This case was argued today in the Appellate Court (docket# AC33541) by Attorney John R. Williams and the Bridgeport City Attorney’s Office

Original court docket# FBTCV 065004106S

After waiting almost 6 years, the unjust employment termination lawsuit I have against the City was scheduled for a pre-trial hearing on March 28, 2012. On 2/29/12, I received notice from the Bpt., City Attorney’s Office that the City filed with the court for application to vacate Arbitration Award.  Suddenly, this case has been immediately schedule for short calender list for Monday March 12, 2012 at 9:30  at Bpt. Superior Court

Hearings are scheduled for May 29, 2012 & June 5, 2012 for this case!

In the very near future, I will be filing a suit against the City Council members for attacking and injuring me during a public speaking session in City Hall chambers.

The lawsuit filed against Bridgeport Officer Rodriques for 1st amendment rights violation for me speaking on the sidewalk in front of Mayor Finch’s house is still pending in Federal court, New Haven, CT.
